Garay stops Lakatus!

Light heavyweight Hugo Garay of Argentina stopped former WBO title
challenger Alejandro Lakatus in the 12th and final round yesterday
in Madrid, Spain, with the WBO-Latino title at stake. The 21-year old
Garay will now be ranked at #2 in the 175lb division by the WBO, since
yesterday's clash was an official eliminator. Garay (now 19-0; 10 KOs)
floored Lakatus (23-3-1; 18 KOs) with a vicious right hook and eventually
earned a TKO win moments later.
